Week 1 - Talking to You ALL!
Dear all,
I´m really glad to see the connections being made, the interaction taking place.
Last night, I opened Week 2. Check the goals for this Week.
It will be totally exciting to start our Web2.0 Safari, and start exploring the reflective side of blogging.
Some
of you have mentioned the feeling of being disoriented. Give you time
to adapt to this new experience. Remember, you´re getting out of your
comfort zone, so it´s just natural that you need some time to adapt.
Week 1 Checklist:
Have I filled out our group database?
Have I taken the course expectations survey?
Have I introduced myself to the group in the forum and interacted with others?
Have I read the Welcoming reading and shared my impressions about it in Edmodo?
Have I been here, there and everywhere?!
If
you answered YES to these questions, you´re ready to move on to Week 2.
If not, don´t worry. You´ll always have the chance to catch up!
Your focus on Week 2 will be understanding the idea of the Web2.0, plus reflecting upon it.
When you start your Posterous blog, please make sure you first read
the tutorial to get started carefully. You´ll see how easy it is to get
started. You send an email to posterous and your message will become a
blog post, just like I´m doing now.
And above, where you see the player, is a message a recorded to you and sent it as an
attachment in my email and it became this podcast you´ll listen to. How
cool is that?
